Main Duties /Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect our extensive range of specialist plant machinery
• Maintain & Repair machinery
• Operate and demonstrate powered equipment as and when required
• Attend sites to carry out servicing and repairs of the company’s rental fleet
• Carry out PDI work in line with hire desk and customer demand
• Complete all paperwork, timesheets and job cards efficiently within a given time scale.

The Person

• Valid HGV1(C+E) driving licence is essential
• Previous experience in delivering plant machinery essential
• Previous experience as a mechanic / fitter
• Able to work on their own and as part of a team
• Relevant IPAF qualifications desirable but training will be provided
• Good interpersonal skills with practical “can do” approach
• Able to accept and carry out instructions
• Strong communication skills and very customer focused
•  Excellent time keeper
• No issues working at height
• Fluency in English essential
