Site Manager - Residential. Binfield, Berkshire. £65,000 - £70,000 + package. Helping our client maintain positive relationships with neighbours and the local community. Maintain the site standards for safety and presentation. Ensure that materials arrive to site on time.  Work closely with the QS to ensure timely delivery, and material control. Manage the build schedule and order of works. Manage sub-contractors and hire/notify when needed. Maintain accurate records of all site activity. Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks. Conduct regular site, client, and progress meetings. Manage a full site programme to complete projects on time and to budget. Manage and motivate sub-contractors and trades on site. Produce regular and clear progress reports. Skills and Experience. Minimum of 5 years proven site manager experience with references to corroborate this. Strong background in new-build residential schemes of 20+ units with a value up to £10m. Sound knowledge of groundworks and civil construction processes. Previous experience of timber frame, concrete frame, and traditional construction preferred. Experience of working with warranty providers. Excellent interpersonal skills, a persuasive and calm demeanor. Possess a ‘can do’ and problem-solving attitude. Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS office programmes. Multi-tasker. Methodical with attention to detail. Hold a current driving licence. Qualifications. SMSTS. First aid.
