An NPI Transfer Leader is required by Careerwise recruitment to work with our Clare based medical device manufacturing client. THE ROLE: * Develop project plans using MS project aligned with the Production Transfer Protocol and Stage and Gate model. * Display a hands-on approach. Where necessary, provide support on execution of tasks in order to maintain the project schedule. * Support and mentor Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Staff to develop the technical expertise and deliver projects on schedule and on budget. * Provide guidance and help lead the resolution to issues and roadblocks which hinder the project progress. * Provide project updates to leadership at both local and corporate level. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelors Degree in chemical, materials, mechanical, biomedical engineering or related discipline. * 6-8 years of progressive and extensive applicable work experience in technical support, manufacturing, quality, and /or development engineering. * Experience in a similar role within manufacturing with project management skills for design or manufacturing transfer. * Prior experience in executing manufacturing transfers is preferred. * Strong understanding of quality systems, with specific focus in process and product validation.
