Stores Clerk - County Clare. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading engineering company as it embarks on expanding its Stores Department and continued growth. • Perform clerical duties in store department. • Assist and support stores management in running the store successfully. • Responsible for daily cycle counts comprised of raw and finished goods, per the schedule and miscellaneous counts as needed, • Preparing and organizing multiple count areas in the warehouse. • Confirming deliveries/locating packing slips, and providing support to the warehouse. • Receipting material through ERP system. Issuing purchase orders in timely manner. Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Cycle count various types of raw and finished goods daily in the warehouse based on the cycle count calendar and current needs. • Organize and prepare count areas within the warehouse (i.e. label box/bags with correct p/n, create space to enable counting etc.). • Identify, pull, and re-assign expired sales order items to new/open sales orders. • Locate packing slips, confirm deliveries, and pull and turn in packing slips. • Monitor low inventory levels and communicate out of stock items with Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager. • Implement warehouse planning solutions (rack constructions/deconstructions, rack labeling, etc.) Interested applicants should have: • Minimum of 5 years' related experience required. • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
