The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel Restaurant, manage and coordinate the other Department Heads and review and improve standards and service in the Restaurant on an ongoing basis. Naturally you will be highly organised, technically skilled and career motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations.
