Employee Relations Partner. Sanderson is recruiting an Employee Relations Partner to contribute to the development of the HR function and deliver ER strategy. Drive positive Employee Relations, Engagement and Communications and work at an operational level to deliver objectives as well as identify trends in employee relations. Responsibilities. Manage the internal grievance processes. Complete internal investigations; serve as mediator and apply interventions to resolve low risk employee disagreements, conflicts, or misunderstandings where possible. Maintain independence and integrity on all ER activities. Ensure the company is protected in all employee related matters, considering employee experience and balancing risk. Coach wider HR team. Prepare and deliver four learning sessions per year. Analysis & Record Keeping. Analyse employee relations data. Provide reports and identify trends. Keep meticulous confidential records of all employee relations in accordance with GDPR. Employee Opinion Survey. Provide independent guidance to managers and HR Business Partners in relation their Employee Opinion Survey results. Policy Development. Develop policies, training and communications to enhance ER management. Communications. Work closely with the Internal Communications to ensure all employee related information is communicated. Talent Management. Partner with Talent Management to design and deliver positive employee relations trainings. Identify management development needs and implement sustainable programmes. Promote Manager development by sharing via the structured cascade of employment law changes, case law etc. HR Operations and Payroll. Partner with HR Operations and Payroll on all LTI and absence management. Notify HR Operations and Payroll on the impacts of the various payrolls in line with deadlines. HR Business Partners. Partner with HR Business Partners to promote early interventions to grievances. Industrial relations. Lead, prepare for and represent at any required Industrial relations formal proceedings including The Workplace Relations Commission and Labour Court. Partner with the Head of Employee Relations to represent at all third parties i.e. Unions, CRC. Lead the preparation of all negotiations with employee representative bodies, i.e. unions, CRC, Knowledge and Skills. HR experience related to employee relations investigations essential. Knowledge of laws, rules and regulations for employee relations matters. Proven ability to resolve a wide range of issues in creative ways. Ability to manage complex employee relations issues. Qualifications. Degree level or equivalent in HR or Employment Law. 6+ years HR experience. This role will require flexible hours and travel within Ireland.
