Branding & Communications Specialist - Co. Meath.  We are currently recruiting for a Specialist within the Branding & Communications sector to join a Sustainability focussed firm in the Co. Meath area.  This is a maternity cover role and will be on a fixed term. As the Communications and Branding Specialist, you will be responsible all employer branding internally and externally, promoting the company’s sustainable employment ethos, while driving talent attraction and retention initiatives. You will be the link with the company on Communications policy & strategy and will ensure alignment to the Corporate identity both externally and internally across the Ireland/UK region. This is an ideal opportunity for highly motivated individuals who want to learn new skills and develop in their career. This would be preferably be based near the Office in Duleek however with HQ in Dublin, somewhere between the two locations would be beneficial. Needless to say, this will be a hybrid role, with the majority of time, spent working from home, once trained.  Role & Responsibilities. In cooperation with the HR team, managing campaigns to promote talent attraction such as career fairs, networking events, university networks and placement programmes. Representing the Company and engaging with all community partners and charities, on issues such as sponsorships and support. Scheduling site tours at the company Facilities and coordinating visits internally with a tour guide. Managing a schedule of industry related Networking events to be attended by Senior Management.  Planning, establishing and managing the success of the company's external branding and communications, including Social Media presence, radio, newspaper, etc. Liaise with Group Communication, Marketing and External PR agencies to prepare materials and articles to promote Company activities and awareness across the region. Attend internal project review meetings to remain informed and correctly guide communication & PR agencies on appropriate message. Maintaining the Corporate Company identity and reputation in consultation with the Regional MD and company guidelines on Corporate branding, internal, external & crisis communications. Spokesperson for the company to external media, press and other Communication or PR firms. Experience & qualifications. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or related field would be beneficial. Event coordination will be a key part of this position, therefore demonstratable experience will be required. Candidates should have relevant experience in recruitment, digital marketing or social media campaigns. Strong project management skills and Microsoft Office mastery are essential. Ideal candidates will have experience managing website content and working with analytical tools and SEO experience is essential. Excellent communication skills, written and oral are essential. Excellent PC skills, Business systems, and tools are essential. Experience of managing a Comms/marketing budget would be preferred.  Working knowledge of SAP would be beneficial.
