Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor. Location:  Limerick/ Galway  Salary: €Neg + Benefits  Our client are a leading Main Contractor specialising in Commercial Interior Construction & Fit-Outs, they have established a reputation of excellence with their Clients and their teams. They are currently seeking an experienced and talented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their high performing project teams. The Candidate. Hold Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying  Develops and maintains strong client relationships and leverage opportunities for repeat business. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the various forms of contract used in the construction industry RIAI FIDIC JCT etc.  Demonstrates commercial acumen – with advanced knowledge of the market and competition. Knows how to negotiate and deal with conflict and has the ability to critically evaluate document. Strong attention to detail. Ability to build client & PQS relationships.
