ICDS Group is a long-established provided of recruitment, manpower, and project management services to the construction and civil engineering sectors in Ireland, UK, and mainland Europe. We are currently seeking to employ an  Administrator/Document Controller to be based at our Dublin 2 Head Office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company. This role is primarily office based, liaising with various departments and site teams. Key Responsibilities : Providing wide ranging administrative support to the commercial and payroll teams. Co-ordinating and maintaining project documentation including data compilation and input. Assisting with preparation of tenders. Maintain payroll records and preparing documents for audits. Compiling information from various sources to assist with monthly cost reporting and forecasts. Maintain accurate information on spreadsheets and databases. Responsible for individual employee queries and phone duties. Interested applicants should have: Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills. Very good written and spoken English essential. Self-motivated team player comfortable working with numbers and calculations. Payroll experience beneficial. Good attention to detail. Understanding of the requirement for respect for confidential information. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. You will be expected to be able to work under your own initiative and have good IT skills (i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Demonstrate a willingness to learn and have an appetite to take on further responsibility as the business grows and develops further.
