Fantastic Co Galway 4* Hotel are currently recruiting experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 3/4 years experience in previous similar role. The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for a variety of outlets including upmarket Hotel Restaurant, stylish Bar/Bistro, all day guest Lounge and Banqueting Suite. Ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have a good business experience in 4* Hotel and will be fluent in current Wedding, leisure and Vacation trends. Naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Strong Financial Management experience in this role is required.
