Corporate Account Manager. Are you an account manager with proven experience in managing key corporate or commercial clients? Are you looking for a new challenge? Our client, US multinational who provide complex services to the global financial services sector, have now engaged exclusively with Cpl to recruit an ambitious & driven candidate to join their Limerick team on a permanent basis.   The Role: This new hire will be an integral part of the client services team & will be dedicated to handling a very small number of key corporate/commercial clients across the financial services sector. You will cover duties including analysing & resolving client queries, updating account information, preparing reports & data for client review, ensuring compliance with agreed SLA's, managing escalated issues so they are resolved urgently & consistently looking for ways to improve the client experience as well as deepen the client relationships.   Skills and Experience that we need: 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies or a related discipline. 2-3+ years' experience in a client focused or key account management type role. Experience gained in the financial services or banking sector would be a major advantage. Proven ability to manage commercial clients & expand existing relationships. Strong IT & problem solving skills. Experience/ability in JIRA, Slack, Excel, Sharepoint or PowerBI would be an advantage.   The Offer: This is a permanent position and salary will be approx. 38K with a full benefits package of pension, private health care & other an excellent full benefits package on offer.
