Finance Manager. Are you a qualified accountant with solid industry/commercial sector experience who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, an Ennis based international sales & distribution company in the Agri supplies sector have now engaged exclusively with with Cpl to hire an experienced Finance Manager to join their team & lead their finance function so if you’re interested, please apply!   The Job : As the Finance Manager, you will work closely with the Managing Director & will have responsibilities across all aspects of accounting & finance for the Irish entity as well as supporting business operations in the UK & other European countries. More specifically you will be responsible for handling the monthly/annual accounts processes, preparing & maintaining annual budgets & divisional forecasts, stock & cost of sales analysis, engaging with external stakeholders, managing projects & providing finance guidance & planning reports to the management team on commercial matters. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally. Qualified accountant with at least 3-4+ years PQE. Experience gained in an industrial, distribution or complex retail environment would be an advantage. Excellent IT skills including a high level of ability in all Microsoft applications & ERP systems. Strong analytical, organisational & communications skills as well as ability to interact with colleagues & stakeholders/partners at all levels of seniority.   The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be 65-75k with excellent further growth prospects & career development opportunities on offer.   This role will be 5 days office based in Ennis, Co. Clare.
