Leading Insurance Group have a permanent opportunity available for a Pension Lead, to lead and develop a team of pension professionals. This position is hybrid working in the Dublin office. Key Responsibilities. Lead the Pensions team to ensure the maintenance of the Pensions business. Manage the day-to-day activities of the team to ensure work is allocated and undertaken within required timescales and service level agreements. Plans, organises, and prioritises workload for the team members ensuring objectives and SLAs are met. Maintains and continuously improves the policies and procedures for the provision of service and administrations tasks. Contribute to the future development of the pension offering. Monitor and review the quality of work of the team members to ensure standards are met and procedures are followed. Manage and resolve difficult and complex queries and assist team members. People management and team development. Qualifications and Experience. QFA Qualified, essential. Current and in depth knowledge of the pensions market. People Management experience required.
