Description

Business Change Manager Sanderson has teamed up with a multinational insurance company to recruit a Business Change Manager on a contract basis. Responsibilities. Drive out execution of regulatory programme across the company. Management of projects scope, delivery timeline and detail plans, risks & issues , internal and external dependencies. Business stakeholder engagement and management including management of internalSME and project resources to ensure timely delivery ofdeliverables Project monitoring, tracking & reporting. Providing direction and support of other programme team members as required. Successful delivery of projects on time and on budget. Business Analysis & documentation: in collaboration with business stakeholders Produce gap analysis between legislation and as is processes. Produce decision papers for key decisions and governance forums. Produce other key documentation required to close out requirements e.g accountabilities matrix, training documents. Support with other programmes aligned to organisation change capacity and prioritisation. Skills. General Insurance and Life and Pension experience required. Strong analytical skills. Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders. Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver results working to tight deadlines and show good commercial judgement. Strong communication skills with an ability to deal with all levels in a confident and professional manner.
