BIM Coordinator | Cork | €Neg + Benefits. Our client are Ireland's most progressive building company. They undertake projects throughout Ireland and the UK from offices in Dublin, Cork, Limerick & London and are a leading company in large-scale construction. They are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to assist on a €130M commercial project in Cork.  Responsibilities: • To develop 3D Architectural & Structural models. • To develop detailed site models for projects. • To detect and resolve clashes. • Production of drawings, specifications, and schedules, according to the project BIM Execution plan. • Responsible for delivering all 2D and 3D co-ordination milestones on each project. Skills, qualifications & experience: • Previous Revit experience essential  • AutoCAD experience essential  • Navisworks experience essential  • Previous experience on multiple large projects. • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or similar. • Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
