Lead Business Analyst Sanderson have teamed with a global payments company to recruit a Lead Business Analyst to join their Gateway Project Management team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will work as part of the PMO team and will report directly to the Head of Digital Programmes. Responsibilities: Team Lead. Leading a team of Business Analysts supporting the implementation of business and technology projects within the organization. Selection and delegation of analysts to project teams (if/when needed. Content supervision over the works carried out by team members. Collaboration with the PMO team (all levels) as part of project work. Lead the business analysis process. Supervising for the quality of analytical work carried out within the project portfolio. Suggesting and implementing process improvements aimed at meeting team goals, including reducing the number of defects in project results and shortening the time of analytical work, increasing the responsiveness of the team and availability to undertake new projects. Supervision and accountability for the pre-design phase of initiatives launched by individual business and technical stakeholders. Support for projects at the implementation stage. Ensure the business analyst team members are performing business, system and functional analyzes along with the preparation of the necessary project documentation, including business and functional requirements. Converting those business requirements into technical business system requirements. Liaison with technical teams to provide technical solutions to the business system requirements. Requirements: Higher education (preferred fields of study: exact sciences, economics, econometrics, finance, IT, software engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in business, technical, system and functional analysis of applications based on Oracle / MSSQL databases and .NET environment. Minimum 3 years of experience in managing or supervising a team/team leader. Desired Skills. Fundamental skills - stakeholder management and communication, solid interpersonal skills / communication (written and verbal. Business Analysis skills -analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret stakeholder business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
