Our Client is a 4* Hotel in Co Cork region. We are currently recruiting an experienced Leisure Centre Assistant Manager with 2/3 years experience in a similar role. Main Responsibilities: · Attracting new members and retaining existing members; · Generating revenue and exploring income streams. · Assisting the manager and H.R dept in recruiting staff managing and training staff; · Organising and publicising events and classes. · Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; and overseeing maintenance of pool, plant, Gym, equipment and premises. · To be accountable for the overall operations of the Leisure Centre. · Designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue; · Advertising and promoting the Club to increase usage and visability, · Organising, training and supervising staff, including drawing up staff rotas. · Carrying out health and safety checks on equipment and plant and arranging the cleaning of all areas; · Maintaining high levels of customer care and handling complaints, as necessary. · Delivering fitness training when required. · Preparing and checking budgets and stock, and cashing up money. · Managing and constantly reviewing the fitness centre timetable. · Completing a wide range of other administrative and managerial tasks.
