You’ll join the team at the new state-of-the-art hub for our entire sales operation, responsible for generating advertising revenue across Iconic Media Group by attracting customers ranging from businesses large and small to people posting BMD (births, marriages and deaths) announcements. Ensuring that all communication adheres to our corporate guidelines and standards, you’ll be expected to build and manage customer relationships, create sales propositions and make telephone presentations, handle enquiries, use the commercial booking system, keep the CRM (Gemstone2) updated and make the most of new ideas and revenue opportunities. Working under the direction of the Sales Manager/Regional Director, you’ll soon learn how to excel in this rewarding target and KPI-drive role – but the focus will always be on delivering excellent customer service.
