Sales Office Team Lead -Pharmacy Department  Are you a highly driven sales and people leader who has a passion for coaching and developing their teams to achieve outstanding results?  Our client, an established market leading Healthcare & Pharmacy supplies company based in Limerick which has grown internationally by design innovation in consumer healthcare & pharmacy products, are now looking for a Sales Office Team Lead -Pharmacy-UK Office, to manage one of two Customer Support teams which provide support to their Pharmacy customers .                                                                                       This role will be responsible for supervising a team of Business Executives, with responsibility for team adherence to efficiency, quality, and sales targets.  The Role/Responsibilities:     Reporting to the UK Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Setting customer targets and working with the UK Office Sales team to meet targets consistently. Support and collaborate with the UK Field Sales team to develop and grow profitable business projects.  Monitoring of customer sales patterns, identification of areas of concern. Proactively managing all incoming customer inquiries from existing and new customers  Receiving and processing a high number of customer orders in a timely manner  Providing information on all products & services and cross selling when appropriate to customers  Provide and maintain strong, professional, and courteous relationships with all customers.  Maintain culture of continuous improvement and excellence in customer service. Provide training and guidance for your team when necessary and ensure team members are cross trained in all areas. Ensure at all times there is adequate cover in the department. Manage any issues that may occur and involve the necessary Managers if needed. Skills and Experience Required: o Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in sales/customer service leadership role. o Problem-solving attitude, being able to deal with all types of queries and problems. o Initiative-taking and results driven. o Elevated level of customer and employee empathy. o Data literate and competent in MS Outlook/Word/Excel. o SAP ERP system experience desirable but not essential. o Skilled at providing effective feedback in a motivating manner. The Offer: This position is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills & experience but expected base salary of €38K, bonus structure, paid leave, professional development opportunities, while working in a great team environment.
