Site/Junior Engineer – Wexford (house building company. Based in Wexford, our client is very keen in finding a site engineer that is interested in progressing within the company and would like to achieve a senior title and have stability. The candidate must have an interest in civil works, engineering, setting out, interpretation of construction drawings on site for layouts and supporting the Site Manager with day to day running of the project. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE: •Setting out using total stations and GPS equipment. •Reporting to the Project Manager and MD on all aspects of engineering to do with the project. •Develop skills and progress towards a Project Manager role. •Liaising with Irish Water in office and on site. •Assisting the MD and Site Manager. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE : •Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Similar. •Knowledge of Construction Techniques and competency in all aspects of setting out. •Strong IT skills, Interpersonal skills and Communication skills.
