We are looking to recruit either  newly qualified RMNs, RNLD , RGN’s,  health visitors or final year Nursing students  who are looking to take their first, exciting steps in working in one of the biggest mental health and community trusts in the UK. We are also looking for more experienced nurses to enhance our workforce, and recognition of previous experience can be discussed at interview. We are fully committed to developing our staff and helping them to identify what Nurse they would like to be; Ward Manager, Health Visitor, Community Nurse, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, we’ll help you find your pathway! We provide a comprehensive service across six  unique boroughs for  both inner and outer London  including  Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Camden and just outside London in Milton Keynes.  Each borough comes with its own unique, diverse patient group allowing you to put into practice ALL your training and experience.  We also offer an exciting and unique  18-month Rotation and Development (RAD) Programme - rotation programme to newly qualified nurses across inpatient, community and specialist mental health services and facilitate the development of competencies and skills for Band 6. There is also an opportunity to apply for Band 6 position if a vacancy becomes available within the Trust at the end of the programme.
