Human Resources Manager - HR Business Partner, Hospitality/Tourism Sector - Co Clare. The position of Human Resource Business Partner is an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in playing a significant role within the Company and we are inviting applications from suitably qualified persons for consideration. This role is offered on a full-time permanent contract. The successful applicant will report to the Group Human Resource Manager within The Company and will work closely with the Senior Management and Line Managers within their designated Business Units. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a range of Human Resources strategies including but not limited to managing the employee and industrial relations issues that arise, recruitment and selection, leaning and development activities, maintaining the HR systems and data bases, time and attendance data, employee wellbeing. This position will have a focus of service delivery and the achievement of quality standards and objectives. The successful candidate will manage a number of industrial relations and employee strategies/ projects as set out by the Group Human Resources Manager within The Company and oversee their progress within their designated site.  NOTE *** Candidates are expected to have a minimum of 5 years satisfactory experience in a human resource management role – preferably within Hotel, Tourism, Hospitality sector with demonstrable experience in employee and industrial relations. *** The successful candidate is required to have a current full class B drivers’ licence and access to own car. Current legal status to live and work in Ireland is essential with CIPD membership. Ideally the successful candidate will possess some or all the following: Excellent client/ interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure with a demanding workload. Good IT skills – especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Flexibility and a strong problem-solving approach to issues. Experience with HR Software Systems and Time and attendance systems. Flexibility and a strong problem-solving approach to issues. Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. Results driven, ability to deliver on specific objectives and targets. Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills. Experience of human resources management in medium to large size enterprise.
