Description

HR Business Partner. Sanderson is partnering with its global Engineering client to recruit a permanent HR Generalist, to work in a stand alone role on in the city centre with occasional travel to the corporate HQ in West Dublin. Although this is stand alone you will be part of a larger international HR function and supported by the Head of Human Resources. Responsibilities. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for aligning business objectives while acting as an advisor to the business on a wide range of HR related topics. Case manage employee relations issues, including complex and high-profile cases, providing expert advice on employment legislation. Support the development and implementation of the HR strategy. Leading annual HR processes including performance reviews, resource planning, talent reviews, annual employee survey etc. in conjunction with HR guidelines to drive a high-performance culture. Positively drive the company culture, ensuring that values and behaviours are embedded throughout the business. Actively develop new, and build on existing, employee engagement initiatives. Recruitment of new and replacement staff and associated tasks. Support the development and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures. Administration of weekly and monthly Payroll. Maintain the Softworks HRIS, ensuring it is kept up to date with leavers joiners etc. Support the implementation of a new HRIS system. Preparation of HR reports, analytics & KPI's. Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and apply the HSE rules and comply with any internal rules in force in the company. Experience & Skills. Degree Qualification in HR. CIPD Membership. 5+ Years' experience. Strong ER & IR experience is essential , payroll experience is desirable. Proficient in IT, including MS Office & HRIS system.
