Position Summary: The Spa Manager will be responsible for the efficient operation of the spa and wellness facilities in order to provide our guests with a relaxing and memorable experience. The Spa Manager will contribute to the development of an exciting treatment and facility program that will provide a wellness experience for both our residential and non-residential guests and members. Duties & Responsibilities: · Ensure that  every treatment room has regular stock rotation and that treatment scheduling  meets the needs of the guest while maximizing revenue, and that trends are   monitored and addressed. · Ensure that  the Spa's program of activities and events is advertised, supported, and   meets the expectations of the guests, as well as that all spa staff  understand the program's content. · Prepare  reports on key operational performance statistics in accordance with agreed-upon procedures, and carry out actions. · Create and maintain relationships with spa guests by being present in key guest areas. · Ensure that all Hotel and Icon Spa Health and Safety guidelines are followed, and that all new employees are trained in these areas as part of their Spa Induction program. · Ensure that the Spa's cleanliness and image meet agreed-upon standards and are regularly reviewed with key personnel. · Lead the team by ensuring their development through your presence and support, as well as creating a stable, energised, and professional work environment. · Provide an agile, efficient, and productive workforce. · Create, train, and retain a therapist team that delivers exceptional therapies that are   aligned with our products and offerings. · Ensure that we provide a one-of-a-kind spa experience by collaborating with creative and   experienced teams in each area. · Concentrate on sustainable practices to safeguard the business and the environment for   future generations. · Be at the helm of your ship: our teams want you to be present as a leader, especially during peak periods.
