Recruitment Coordinator (Hybrid) The Recruitment Operations Coordinator will work alongside the Talent Acquisition Manager to support the following: Help deliver full life-cycle recruitment operations, applicant and offer management across the EMEA region. You will also be required to work alongside a team of Senior Recruiters and become involved in strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives in line with your regions business needs. You will work independently while continually partnering and collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team, Business Partners and our stakeholders to ensure that all recruitment operation efforts are delivered successfully. Core responsibilities: Schedule video, phone and onsite interviews. Own and/or deliver all aspects of recruitment operations including: o Data analysis, visualisation and bespoke report generation. o Reporting. o Calendars. o Process improvement. o Programs. o Training. o Experience design. * Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. * Work with HR to ensure candidate relocation and/or travel. * Collaborate and deliver recruitment operations support to your assigned client base (including creation and reporting on recruitment operations and metrics. * Representing appropriately in the market (advertising/event attendance/branding initiatives, social media content) to foster a stronger brand/employer branding. * Ensuring that all procedures/process are in full legal compliance. Experience and Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline, or relevant work experience. * Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator. * Experience with data analysis, visualisation and reporting. * A keen sense of pace and urgency. * Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
