Clare, have now engaged with Cpl to recruit a HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis. The Job : Reporting directly to the newly appointed HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of a range of HR strategies, act as a key HR resource for management teams & lead the ongoing operations of the HR function. More specifically you will handle employee relations & IR engagement, lead recruitment for the site, manage training/learning & development programmes, prepare in-depth HR data reports & metrics, deliver new employee wellbeing initiatives & lead HR change/process improvement projects. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 3-4+ years HR experience ideally gained in similar level HR BP or Generalist role. Experience gained in a unionised environment is an advantage but not essential. Excellent inter-personal skills & proven ability to multi-task. Strong IT skills & project management experience. The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be approx. 45-55k + benefits. This role will be a hybrid mix of in-office & working from home/remote. Candidates holding restricted visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
