HR Specialist. Are you an experienced HR professional who is now looking for a new challenge? Our client, a long established & well know US manufacturing multinational in Limerick city are now actively recruiting to fill an upcoming 1 year fixed term contract HR Specialist role within their global HR group which is based here in Limerick. The Job : Reporting directly to the Global HR Director, the successful candidate will provide full HR support to the Limerick based employees & management teams as well as acting as a key resource for the wider global organisation. More specifically you will be tasked with covering IR & ER engagement & resolving employee queries, coordinating training/L&D initiatives, leading recruitment for both internal moves & external hiring, managing HRIS & payroll data reporting, assisting in the implementation of HR changes & new processes & acting as a HR partner to operations management & senior colleagues. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 3-4+ years HR experience ideally gained in a large corporate or multinational environment. Experience gained in a unionised manufacturing operation would be an advantage. Prior experience in payroll management would be an advantage but is not essential. Excellent inter-personal skills & proven ability to multi-task. Strong IT skills. The Offer : This position is being offered as a 1 year fixed term contract with salary range depending on experience but expected to be approx. 50k + benefits. This role will be office based 5 days per week in Limerick. Candidates holding restricted visas or requiring sponsorship will not be considered.
