Sales Director - Online Sanderson is partnering with a multinational group of leading online brands to recruit a Sales Director / General Manager. As Sales Director / General Manager you will be responsible for a key Irish subsidiary which generates over 10 million euro in revenue annually. Though and with your direct reports will lead a commercial team of 35 colleagues. You will work closely with your peers in marketing, product, and finance on the overall company strategy. Responsibilities: Set strategy and direction and provide leadership for the business. Full P&L responsibility, delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual top and bottom-line budget. Build, manage and maintain a team of 35 professionals across sales, marketing, finance, and customer service in line with headcount requirements. Establish and maintain robust management tools, metrics, and reporting structures to facilitate the effective running of the business. Initiate and oversee the design and build of new products and functionalities that improve existing product performance and create new revenue lines for the business. Establish and implement tactical and strategic initiatives for the business. Delivery of targeted KPIs across sales, marketing, finance, customer service and HR. Gain deep insight into relevant market trends, competitive positioning, and product development. Work closely with marketing on monthly metrics. Play an active role in increasing strategic partnerships for the business. Maintain and manage quality customer relationship management practices. Build an inspiring and productive company culture. Formulate and present business plans and recommendations to the senior management team. Some European travel will be required as part of the role. Other tasks related to the role as they arise. Requirements: 10+ years commercial sales experience. Postgraduate level (preferred. Previous experience in the following: SaaS Businesses, Online businesses, selling to SME market preferred.
