Sidetracks ULC are looking for a highly motivated sous chef, who has a lot of experience in ethnic foods. The successful candidate will be required to create and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes for multiple ethnicities, for men from across over 30 various countries, including countries across subsaharan Africa, North Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America. These countries can change, and the food being provided must be modified to compliment these changes. We are open every day, including all public holidays, Christmas day, etc, and the chef will be required to work on these days. 48 hours per week. Based in Galway city. €32,000 / year.
