Recruitment Consultant - Engineering and Technology. We seek a Recruitment Consultant for our Engineering and Technology division, to manage and further develop this portfolio, based in our Dublin city centre offices (Dublin 2. In this role you will be responsible for relationship development and account management of existing clients; identification and development of new client and business opportunities; sourcing high-skilled candidates using a mix of advertised search, database search, social media, and headhunt techniques; managing the recruitment process through the interview and selection stages through to offer; managing and completing the offer negotiation process; and bringing client assignments to a successful conclusion. You will have access to a considerable client portfolio, including many preferred supplier accounts; you will work with a substantial and effective database, and you will be fully supported by back-office functions.   Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment you will need to be tenacious, hard-working, customer focussed, results driven, reliable, and professional.
