Wellness & Recognition Manager Sanderson is partnering with its Global client to recruit a Wellness & Recognition Manager to join the Reward and Wellbeing team in this exciting new 12 month contract role. You will support the development of new reward and recognition structures, experiences and platforms to meet the needs of our client's diverse employee populations. There is a good chance for this position to extend or become a permanent role. Hybrid working. Core Duties: Maximise current recognition and reward frameworks and resources as well as effectively communicating same to the HR team and wider business. Connects disparate resources and data to evaluate, summarise and communicate all Wellness and Recognition offerings, activities and outcomes to HR teams, leadership and employees. Drive and communicate the effective use of the recognition platform to HR teams and the business. Diagnostic of current offerings and ensure alignment to EVP to engage and retain talent. Adjust and maximise incentives and costs with business results. Ensure compliance with business strategy, budgets, diversity and inclusion, regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements. Support organisational and workforce changes over time adjusting to the market demands and evolving needs internally and externally. Skills and Experience. Exceptional (verbal and written) communications skills, influential and confident presenter. Significant experience in HR, Internal Communications & Engagement or Reward, Recognition and Wellbeing. Experience working within a large global matrix managed organisation. Knowledge of emerging trends and programmes in the Reward, Recognition and Wellbeing space and imports knowledge to the team and wider business. Knowledge of recognition platforms, employee engagement strategies.
