  Purpose Of Role:   Work In Managing Raw Materials Sub-Assemblies And Finished Goods, For A Large Medical Device Manufacturer In Carrigtwohill, Co Cork. Carry Out The Receiving, Picking, Packing And Shipping Of Customer Orders On A Daily Basis With Strict Adherence To Quality And Operational Procedures.   Your Role Will Require You To Operate Within Our Customer’S Sites And Therefore Interact With The Customer Throughout The Day.   Principle Function And Accountabilities:  · Customer Service  O Customer Service Experience, In A Logistics, Warehousing Or Freight Operation Desirable  O Requirement To Work As A Representative Of Flex On A Customer Site  O Participate In All Internal And External Audits  O Develop And Maintain Customer Interaction Standards  O Communicate Effectively With Customers  O Flexibility To Work Across Multiple Customer Sites  O Ability To Pro-Actively Resolve Issues With Customers   O Ability To Prioritise And Expedite Work Effectively As Per Customer Requirements   O Excellent Phone Manner                                                                  · Daily Operations  O Receive, Putaway & Pick Material  O Verify Product Received In According With Medical Device Customer Procedures.  O Receive & Deliver Non-Inventory Items To Business Units / Individuals  O Receive Using Rf Scanners / Pcs To Book And Scan Freight Into Correct Locations.   O Store In Correct Location As Per Warehouse Procedures.   O Temperature Monitoring & Reporting   O Cycle Counting / Physical Inventory Verification  O Prepare Any Shipments Or Returns To External Facilities  O Manage Return To Vendor (Rtv) Stock  O Generate Invoices  O Manifest Shipments Using Carrier Software  O Handle Released And Unreleased Goods In Accordance With Customer’S Procedures.   O Reporting Of Damaged Stock.  O Responsible For Receiving And Picking Chemicals / Gases  O Generate Performance Metrics Which Will Be Used To Drive Continuous Improvement  · Equipment / It Systems   O Operation Of Manual Handling Equipment (Mhe)  O Carry Out Pms On Equipment On It & Mhe Equipment  O Medical Device Customer Erp Systems & Databases (As400 Etc), Microsoft Office, Rf Scanners  O Warehouse Management Systems (E.g., Atlas, Sap)  · Safety / Quality   O Adhering To Health, Safety And Security Policy.  O Reporting Any Breaches In Health And Safety  O Adhere To Air Cargo Security / Known Consignor Requirements  O Adherence To Medical Device Customer Quality Controls And Sops  O Adherence To Good Documentation Practice (Gdp) & Good Manufacturing Practice(Gmp.
