Operational & Process Excellence Mgr. Reporting to the COO the Ops Excellence Mgr will co-ordinate with a variety of business units to develop, test & refine business processes & practices providing a competitive advantage, engaging with all levels to innovate & implement processes to support business growth. o Develop a strategy & plan to simplify a business & uplift capability in ops excellence. o Coach & lead a team of Process Improvement Specialists to deliver customer process improvement & cost savings. o Programme manage a number of cross functional trams to transform customer facing & support functions, giving int/ext stakeholders great service. o Lead & deploy Robotic Process automation across business by re-engineering current processes, ensuring that the appropriate operational controls are in place. o Coach operational Managers & leaders to drive CI, simplification & efficiencies in their teams. o Provide quarterly updates to the CEO & executive team on progress against business simplification & efficiency targets. QUALIFICATIONS. Degree/equiv in a relevant field essential, with six sigma/lean qualification preferable. Min of 10 years' exp. in organisational & process improvement. Exp. of leadership within the transformation of a business. Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation & project mgt. skills. Good knowledge of statistical problem solving skills & Six Sigma related methodologies. Can manage multiple projects & work with multiple executive level stakeholders. Proven track record to deliver results by way of introducing new methods & thought processes to drive business process improvements. Have coached & worked collaboratively & successfully influence stakeholders. Have changed other organisations by leading through others. Bring advanced MS Office tools (including Excel, Visio, Powerpoint, Access, PowerBI) & data analytics tools. Rewards. Competitive salary with annual review. Annual company & performance-based bonus.
