HR Manager Sanderson is recruiting for an Human Resources Manager responsible for an Ireland and International remit. As a business partner to the leadership teams, you will lead on people initiatives to support business objectives. Act as a change agent in support of plant and commercial business process improvements. You will partner with commercial, functional and plant management/supervisors and their teams to ensure HR solutions are implemented to resolve critical people and business issues. Responsible for HR functions, including implementing policies and programs, recruiting, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and organisational development, employee relations etc. The role is supported by COE on compensation & benefits, talent management, talent acquisition and our HR shared service center Colleague Connect. Core Duties. Provide input to the evaluation of people practices and policies on employee engagement including the employee engagement survey and their impact on meeting the organisational objectives. Develop a value enhancing culture throughout the business that is team orientated and customer centric. Coach managers and supervisors regarding employee relations issues. Investigates concerns, evaluate/offer possible resolution, provide work related advice, guidance and direction to resolve employee grievances/complaints. Assists in the development of employees programs to ensure fair and equitable treatment of employees. Monitors employee separation notices, related documentation and exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations. Identifies legal requirements/government reporting regulations affecting HR functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are compliant. Assists in the development/implementation of Corporate and local HR policies and procedures. Successfully manages the recruitment process for the business ensuring the highest caliber of colleagues are recruited by liaising effectively with line managers and determining their needs, while also partnering with the Talent Acquisition team. Works with management team to identify training needs/resources. Monitors the overall administration of employee benefits to ensure effectiveness that is responsive to employee questions. Responsible for training record compliance and management. Partners with Compensation & Benefits department to conduct wage surveys within the labour market and analyses wage and salary reports/data to determine a competitive compensation plan. Implementation of benefits changes in the respective region in collaboration with the COE and shared service centre. Skills & Experience. Bachelor's with a minimum of 8 years' experience in a senior capacity. Experience within a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of working at both a strategic and operational level. Matrix HR support and multiple site leadership experience. Knowledge of the principles and practices of organisational development and impacts on structure, culture and effectiveness of the business. Solving problems of diverse and complex scope across multiple countries, within a matrix environment.
