Commercial Administrator. Our client, a high profile Shannon based manufacturing organisation, are now experiencing significant growth across all markets & looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join their team & help support this new expansion. The Job: Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial/sales support duties including the preparation of quotations for corporate clients, managing order flow from placement through to end delivery, analysing stock/inventory levels, resolving customer enquiries & supporting colleagues across the wider organisation with their needs. Your Skills & Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies or a related discipline. 1-2+ years experience in a sales order or corporate/commercial client management role. Strong IT skills & knowledge/experience in using an ERP system would be an advantage. The Offer : The role is being offered on an initial fixed term contract basis of at least 6 months. Salary will depend on candidate skills & experience but is expected to range to approx. 30k. ***Please not e this role will be a office based 5 days per week so candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance of Shannon or happy to move here.
