This amazing company have an opportunity for a Supply Chain/Business Graduate to join their Supplier Management team. You will help ensure all their Outsourced suppliers are managed well and are compliant with a supplier framework, and are meeting their SLAs and KPIs. The role is hybrid with 2 days a week the office a week. About the role: You will play a pivotal role supporting the Supplier Manager by ensuring Suppliers are well managed; by mitigating risks, ensuring value for money, driving service improvements in line with IT Strategy whilst ensuring forecasts are in line with budget expectations. You'll support oversight of a strategic suppliers in terms of risk & control mgt in line with established IT & security frameworks, SLAs & driving improvement plus acting as an escalation point for any service-related issues. Duties & Responsibilities you will be: - Supporting the management of IT Suppliers in line with the Procurement & Outsourcing standards. Identifying opportunities to improve contract value, simplify processes & improve customer outcomes. Ensure supplier risks & controls offer no impact to customers & that risk reporting is fulfilled, inc audits. Support IT Outsourcing Manager in ensuring suppliers meets SLAs by overseeing their governance committees. Risk & controls - operate these for maintenance of records & Ariba (SAP. Managing PO lifecycle in line with the P2P policy; month end process close-off to strict deadlines. Supporting the management of a budget & creating annual budget & forecasting models & variance analysis reporting. Risk & controls - oversee & evidence controls of maintenance of documentation. Skills & Exp. required. Confident in interpreting & analysing large volumes of data (Excel) and putting it into Powerpoint form. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant (Business/ Procurement etc. Strong on MS Office, especially on P/Point & Excel & IT systems. Good interpersonal skills with good resilience and confidence. Highly organised & can influence & collaborate with strong minded stakeholders. Experience ideally of liaising with suppliers or customers. Prior exp. of end-to-end process of preparing budgets & forecasting. Adaptable to change & comfortable in fast-paced company. Results driven with a positive attitude. Rewards? A competitive salary.
