Reward Analyst Role Summary. Remote / hybrid working Dublin based role. Sanderson is working in partnership with its leading international FMCG client to resource a Reward Analyst on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support for the our client's compensation and benefit programmes, to assist in the implementation and execution of the programmes and to provide information to the broader HR team, Management and colleagues in relation to the various aspects of the Reward, Compensation and Benefits offering. You will also assist in research and provide relevant internal and external data to support the ongoing modification and development of reward offerings including pensions, share plans, healthcare, risk benefits and other ad hoc benefits. Essential Duties. Reward Administration. Responsibility for the administration of various compensation and benefits programmes including providing data as needed to the various third parties. Liaise with third party suppliers in respect of queries arising. Support the delivery of the annual benefits and pay review; provide relevant payroll and market pay data, liaising with internal stakeholder and providing support where needed. Support the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programmes by providing relevant internal and external information and data and reporting that supports recommendations including costing modelling. Participate in annual submission activity in respect of third-party partners Korn Ferry Hay to support ongoing or new agreements and relationships. Provide administration support in the delivery of job analysis and job evaluation processes. Manage the data associated with job analysis and evaluation ensure it is kept up to date and accessible. Provide ad hoc reporting as required. Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information and data as needed and information on processes and the related policies, with reference to internal supports as necessary for interpretation of policy. HR Data Management Support the integrity of HR and payroll data by ensuring data is accurate captured and kept up to date in systems. Use expertise to help improve data collection tools and administration processes. Building Develop your own capabilities by participating in development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. Skills and Experience. Experience of working in a medium to large organisation supporting the administration and delivery of compensation and benefit programmes with minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role.
