HR Administrator Sanderson are recruiting for an 18 month contract for an HR Administrator for their Global Retail client. If you are looking to start your career in HR this is a great opportunity to do so. This role will give you exposure to all aspects of HR lifecycle support and you will be the go to person for all first line queries. 18 Month Contract - Remote / Hybrid. Essential Duties. Ownership of HR reporting. Preparation of data for payroll. Maintenance of new starters, leavers, promotions. Fist point of contact for HR queries. System and data ownership. Benefits administration. Skills and Experience. Proven experience in manipulating and processing data. Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders and competing demands. Good knowledge of all MS Office packages. Strong communications and can do attitude.
