Recruitment Consultant £25-50k/pa (OTE. ICDS Recruitment is a specialist Construction and Civil Engineering Recruitment Consultancy with over 40 years’ experience operating throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy and highly successful team based in Harrow on the Hill. You will have full responsibility for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle including advertising and social media campaigns, candidate resourcing, negotiation of employment offers, client liaison and networking. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years’ experience of working within recruitment or sales. You will be an ambitious, driven and well organised individual with a serious passion to develop a financially rewarding career within recruitment.
