Sales Order Specialist. Do you have at least 2+ years' experience in a sales support/ customer order management role & are you looking for a new challenge? Our client, a highly successful US multinational technology services company are now expanding & are looking to recruit a Sales Order Specialist to join their European services team in the Shannon region on a permanent basis. The Job : As a Sales Order Specialist, you will support key business/corporate customers across different European markets handling duties such as product & service enquiries, managing quotation processes, arranging product delivery logistics, assisting in product marketing, market trend analysis & all related administration tasks. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree/qualification in business/commerce would be an advantage. 2+ years' experience in fast-paced customer service or sales support/order management environment. This roles is English speaking only but ability in a 2nd language would be an advantage. Proven ability to interact with colleagues & clients at all levels & deliver excellent customer service. The Offer : This role is being offered on a starting salary of approx. 30k + benefits & up to 20% bonus, depending on skills/experience. *** Please note this role will be primarily office based so may must be within commuting distance of Shannon.
