HR & People Operations Manager. Our client, a major provider of transport & logistics services nationwide, are now expanding their HR team nationwide & have engaged with Cpl to source an experienced HR & People Operations Manager to lead the function in their Limerick office. This newly created HR position is an ideal opportunity for a HR professional who is looking to progress their career into a lead role & join one of the most admired employers in the country. The Job : Reporting to the nationwide Head of HR Operations, the successful candidate will act as a key part of the regional leadership team & take ownership of duties across the HR spectrum including employee engagement & relations, L&D/training, performance management & designing/implementing new HR policies procedures & changes to work practices. In addition to the above, you will also support operational needs including workforce management, T&A/absence reporting & monitoring departmental budgets in line with best practice. Your Skills/Experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified (or above) in a HR or related discipline. 3-4+ years relevant HR experience in a HR BP or Generalist role within a large corporate environment. Experience gained in a manufacturing, transport/logistics or distribution environment would be an advantage. Experience in working with unions would be an advantage. Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. Strong IT & data reporting skills. The Offer : This position is being offered on a permanent basis & salary will depend on experience but is expected to be approx. 55-65k + benefits. ***Please note this role will be initially a hybrid mix of in-office/WFH but in the medium-longer term would be expected to be primarily office based so candidates would need to be based within a reasonable commute, or move to, the Limerick region.
