About Your New Employer. Our international Asset Management client, who manage more than €200 billion in institutional and retail money in its home markets are looking for  a Compliance Officer to join their team in Dublin to perform the Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance (PCF-39) and Head of Compliance with responsibility for AML (PCF-15) for the group. About Your New Job. The responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include: PCF Roles - Designated Person for Regulatory Compliance (PCF-39) and Head of Compliance with responsibility for AML (PCF-15 role. Regulatory Correspondence – Regulatory filings and liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland. Legislation – Analysis of new legislation or regulatory requirements in the compliance domain (e.g. UCITS, CBI Regulations and Guidance, GDPR, AML, Market Abuse, Fitness and Probity. Compliance work – Carry out day to day compliance work such as drafting policies and procedures, monitoring of investment restrictions, investment breaches, Compliance Monitoring Programme. Reporting – to committees, boards of directors, and to Group compliance. MLRO for the management company and Irish investment funds under management. Projects - Participation in regulatory and business projects. Manage compliance tasks associated with existing programs and new business proposals. Advisory - Advise the business and the board on regulatory and compliance matters. Training – Provide training to boards and staff. Collaborating – Collaborate with the legal, risk, finance and portfolio management teams of the  compliance team.   What Skills You Need. Law Degree or other relevant third level qualification. Hold or be willing to obtain the ACOI’s LCOI qualification. At least 5 years compliance experience. Investment funds experience in an asset manager, third party provider or fund services company and knowledge of regulatory requirements (including UCITS, AIFMD and MiFID) desirable. Pragmatic, solutions-oriented and a real business partner. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with management and other stakeholders.
