Electrical Design Engineer. A great new opportunity for an Electrical Engineer (graduate level up to 4 years post grad experience) to work with an R&D engineering team to work on with them on a unique design- taking it from concept through detailed design, testing & eventual launch of a unique final product. Key responsibilities. Take ownership of tasks within the electrical engineering as guided by the Project Manager; Undertake electrical design & definition for relevant components. Engage with supply chain companies on sourcing of equipment & development of fabrication & installation plans. Analysis, development & presentation of technical proposals & reports; Engage with senior mgt. on the development of the technology. Experience & Skills required. A degree in Electrical Engineering and a real interest in the subject. Good working knowledge of AutoCAD &/or other electrical design packages. Experience with Power System Modelling software would be beneficial. Strong interpersonal, communications & relationship management skills; Good written & presentation skills; A keen interest in the Energy/Renewables Sector. Happy with some travel when it is safe to do so.
