Electrical Solutions Manager. The successful candidate for this role will ensure tha this company maintains its position as a market leading energy service & solutions provider. Experienced Engineer with an excellent understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA; PlC, Industrial Automation.& Drive systems. You will have close on 10 year's Engineering experience & considered as the "go to" person. Experience managing, leading a technical team & have at least 3 years in a leadership role. Excellent interpersonal skills and have a proactive approach. Your customer interfacing could range from pre-sales when you visit their site right through to installation, on-boarding. Responsibilities: Leading a team of Energy Engineers to deliver client solutions such as: Energy Analysis - excellent understanding of energy analysis to support customer facing proposals for the use of BMS; SCADA; PLC; automation systems and drives. Engage with sales & clients to remove technical barriers in sales process. Coordination & manage ongoing customer post sale engagement ensuring site opportunities are maximised. Coordination & management of customer meetings. Constant communication with account managers/customers to ensure deadlines hit & schedule meetings as necessary. Play a key role in project managing expectations to all stakeholders. Monitor progress on site at all times. Liaising with & coordination of multiple stakeholders, internally & externally; sales, your Account Mgrs; operations; deployment team & customers. Oversee remote configuration & connectivity of customer sites. Manage your accounts, project reviews: regularly communicating with a portfolio of customers & partners to maintain & increase engagement. Manage customer deployment escalations & negotiate resolutions. Leading the team in developing collateral in terms of communicating energy consumption data to customers before & after efficiency work completed. You will have: - 10+ years of Energy Engineering/Automation experience. Ideally over 3+ years in a team leadership role. A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical; Energy or Electronics etc - a Masters being a plus. A strong technical / engineering understanding of processes in multiple sectors in the commercial / industrial space. Understanding of BMS; SCADA , automation & drive systems & experience in delivering remote client service solutions. Areas of particular strength:- Strong project & program management experience. Strong problem solving & analytical skills. Strong customer-facing skills & manage relationships at all levels of a customer organization. Willingness to travel as required - up to 30%. Ability to maintain a high level of productivity, manage multiple competing priorities. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
