A dministrator - Accreditation - South County Dublin. Our client, a Membership body based in South County Dublin, is looking to find an Administrator to join their Accreditation and Membership team, permanently! With a focus on informing, regulating and leading their industry (focus on Mental Health), our client is a people-focussed organisation, who are looking to hire a skilled Administrator to manage the Accreditation Process and provide support, guidance and advice to their members. As an Accreditation Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for managing applications for accreditation and maintaining member details and records as well as assisting with the planning and organising of industry events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills! As an Administrator on the Accreditatin team, you will be: Providing advice and guidance to members over the phone and via email on queries they may have around membership or their application for accreditation   Managing the administration of various processes (for accreditation or membership)  Reviewing, logging and approving incoming applications. Verifying application documents and releasing accreditation certificates to members. Maintaining and updating the membership database. Coordinating committee meetings (room booking, preparing information packs, etc.) Booking venues and coordinating online trainings for membership events. Completing Garda Vetting checks for staff and members. The skills and experience you need: Third level qualification  Minimum of 2+ years' experience in an Administrative role. Experience using CRM systems (customer databases – e.g. Salesforce. Desirable skills and experience: Experience working within a membership, regulatory or voluntary body. Experience in managing and processing applications. Preferred - own car and full clean licence  What’s on offer: Permanent job. Hybrid working model (10 days in the office out of 20.
