As a Customer Service Advisor, you will: Answer customer queries by phone, email, and internal chat systems. Provide administration support to customers, updating internal databases, and respond to internal/external queries. Liaise with internal departments to ensure issues are escalated when appropriate. Investigate and evaluate complaints to ensure a timely resolution for the customer. Required skills: Minimum 2-3 years’ customer service experience (contact centre advantageous.
