Now is the perfect time to join us.  The Opportunity:  This position involves working in an agile environment on our Conversations product which offers a continuous performance development solution with a full spectrum of feedback, check-ins, and priorities to develop the talent of any team.  The Conversations product enables managers and employees to have better, more meaningful, continuous conversations facilitating an employee’s learning, development and performance growth as well as improve the manager-employee relationship. Managers receive a broader perspective of their employees’ performance through lightweight Check-ins and Priorities tracking which guides them as they coach their employees.  The Conversations team works with multiple clients and is responsible for delivering key feature enhancements and improvements to ensure we deliver a client focused product.  The tech stack will be JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS and React. We are interested in you because you have a continuous learning mindset and are interested in leading advancement technically and functionally.  While the role is primarily UI focused, there are opportunities to work across the full stack from UI to end data points.  The skills you will bring:  BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent working experience  You have 5+ years working on application design and development, experience in JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS and JS frameworks  You are familiar with RESTful as an API design/have experience integrating with middle tier Java applications   You are a thought leader and love to guide the technical direction of the team   You develop in accordance to best software engineering and UX practice, helping to define development standards for the team  You like to collaborate openly with the team on shared items of work and communicate well in a team-oriented environment across locations  You share your knowledge and enjoy mentoring other team members  You have excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners and understand their requirements  The value you will deliver:  You will work with a distributed development team continuously delivering solutions that will enhance our SaaS platform capability  You will partner with our UX/UI team and be part of the design discussions/decisions as well as implementing the designs  You have an agile mindset, valuing respect, collaboration, continuous improvement and learning cycles, pride in ownership, focus on delivering value, flow and the ability to adapt to change  You will contribute to sprint planning & backlog refinement sessions, daily stand-ups and retrospectives with our technology teams (Dev, Automated QA, UX/UI, Product)  You will work with our DevOps and Architecture teams to move to a continuous deployment model  Benefits. 25 days annual leave, increasing with years of service.
