Now is the perfect time to join us.  The Opportunity:  This position involves working in an agile environment on our Cogs team which focuses on the development of, and integration with our fulfilment and customer service systems. It will also involve a focus on vastly improving our post order user experience.   Tech stack: Java, JavaScript and React. We are interested in you because you have a continuous learning mindset and are interested in leading advancement technically and functionally.  The role will be split between mid-tier Java (not heavily database) and front-end UI.   The skills you will bring:  BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Information technology or equivalent working experience  You have 5+ years working on application design and development, experience in Java, JavaScript and React  You are familiar with RESTful as an API design/have experience integrating with middle tier Java applications   You have experience working with AWS and a release often development cycle. You are a thought leader and love to guide the technical direction of the team particularly in the front-end space  You develop in accordance to best software engineering and UX practice, helping to define development standards for the team  You like to collaborate openly with the team on shared items of work and communicate well in a team-oriented environment across locations  You share your knowledge and enjoy mentoring other team members  You have excellent communication skills – verbal and written – with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners and understand their requirements  The value you will deliver:  You will work with a distributed development team continuously delivering solutions that will enhance our SaaS platform capability and fulfilment systems strategy.
