As an Associate Product Designer, you’ll join an award-winning team of 28 designers and researchers in Dublin, who are responsible for delivering human experiences to millions of users. You will play a pivotal role in working across the user experience of Workhuman Celebrations products - using design thinking methodology and user research methods to provide the best user experience in a human-centred context. The value you will deliver. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers and others to design, build and bring new parts of our product to market. Understand technical limitations behind your designs and work with architecture to solve complex problems. Collaborate closely with the Product Research Team to gather both qualitative and quantitative insights. Presenting work and the design rationale to stakeholders. Work with other designers on the team to advocate and develop our Design System and be receptive to feedback. Stand up for design standards, methodologies and the delivery of product features through agile development. Support other designers to facilitate and run workshops to help the team to solve problems to the challenges they face. Design responsive and accessible solutions. Support other key initiatives related to the Product Design team goals. The skills you'll bring. Highly engaging portfolio that demonstrates your ability on UX and UI design. Have a positive attitude and see challenges in an optimistic way. Understanding of Design Thinking approach. Able to collaborate with stakeholders. Excellent communication and presenting skills as you will be working closely with scrum teams, product managers and senior stakeholders. Requirement.
