Forensic Senior. Our global professional services client have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the dynamic Forensic Services team in their Dublin office. The role will be offered on a permanent contract with a hybrid of office based and remote working. The role requires an ability to work under pressure to ensure deadlines are met, while applying attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team, dedicated to providing services to companies and lawyers who require assistance in the conduct of detailed investigations or in disputes which they need to resolve. The team is diverse and dynamic and includes accountants, lawyers, data scientist, technology specialists, compliance specialist and law enforcement professionals. They provide expertise in financial crime, anti-money laundering, bribery and corruption, dispute resolution, investigations, expert witness, fraud detection and prevention, forensic technology, eDiscovery and data analytics. Responsibilities of the role Assist clients to react quickly to investigate allegations of accounting misstatement, fraud, bribery and corruption, including regulatory breaches. Work closely with the Forensic Technology team to extract and review both structured and unstructured data to assist in investigations and assessing/monitoring fraud risk. Assist in the preparation of formal investigation interviews. Work in multi-disciplinary teams, collating and assessing evidence. Prepare analysis work to be incorporated into expert witness reports to quantify losses. Assist in the drafting of formal reports in the context of expert witness or investigation assignments. Have the opportunity to work directly with Partners and Directors and work effectively in diverse teams. Build a broad network of client relationships within the financial crime community and wider financial services industry. Develop new methods and tools to support the high quality and innovative delivery of advice and services to clients. Participate in business development initiatives and go-to-market offerings. Mentor and appraise staff as part of the performance management process. Key requirements At least 3 years' forensic managerial experience in a leading professional accounting firm/ within a forensic practice of a large corporation. Strong analytical skills. Excellent report writing and Excel skills. Excellent problem solving skills with a practical hand's on approach. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Aptitude in Financial Investigations and Financial Analysis. Ability to work to tight deadlines. Highly motivated, energetic and professional.
